We process your personal data (name, email, address, business details) as necessary to provide the service, manage your account, and comply with legal obligations. Our lawful bases include contract performance and legitimate interests. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required by law. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object; you may withdraw consent where it applies without affecting earlier processing.

ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office). We are committed to handling your data in line with UK data protection law. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe our use of your data is not lawful.

FSB membership. We are members of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and adhere to its standards and code of conduct in our dealings with you.

Other applicable law. Our relationship is also governed by applicable UK and EU law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and rules on electronic communications and distance contracting where relevant.

Company verification (Companies House). If you provide a UK company registration number we will verify it against the official Companies House register. We do not require you to submit identity documents to us; verification of directors and persons with significant control (PSCs) is the responsibility of Companies House under UK law.
