There’s plenty of change going already in the world surrounding AI and the way businesses use technology to enhance their services. But change is definitely a good thing – despite what people might tell you.
Ultimately, we wanted to move forward, develop our services to be more streamlined than ever before, and get ourselves into a position to advance further. We aim to place ourselves in an environment that sparks the modern-day thought processes and technology people truly need.
And one step towards that starts here…
New office space, new location in Sheffield, and new opportunities to pursue a path we’ve long needed to better ourselves; and not just from a professional perspective.
A lot in the way of mental well-being ties into this as well, quite honestly. Certainly, greater ideas can spring out of anywhere – but we simply recognised that the attention to detail needed outside of office hours is just as important as that time spent during work.
The needs of the company and the well-being of our employees have taken utmost precedence; it had to be the focal point of our business so that ultimately, we can continue to enjoy the entirety of the process within our working lives.
But this is the first step. There is plenty of passion behind us to get in the best position we can be and achieve so much more.
